春キャンプにぴったりの
“簡単なのにしっかり満足”なあったかメニュー🍲
今回は旬の春キャベツを使って
✅️巻かないロールキャベツ
✅️ワンパンショートパスタ
の2品をつくりました🍴
ロールキャベツは、
キャベツと肉ダネを“重ねるだけ”。
玉ねぎなしでもOK◎
お麩を使うことで
ふわっとやわらかく仕上がります☁️
仕上げはトマトジュース×コンソメで
コトコト煮込み、
チーズをのせてコクのある一皿に🫕
もう一品は、
アンチョビ×にんにく×キャベツの
シンプルショートパスタ🍝
具材とパスタを一緒に煮るだけで完成するので
別茹で不要＆洗い物も最小限👌
キャベツの甘みとアンチョビの塩気で
シンプルなのに
しっかり満足できる味に仕上がります🤤
手間をかけすぎず、
でもちゃんと美味しい。

A warm and satisfying menu perfect for spring camping!🍲
This time, we used seasonal spring cabbage to make two dishes:
✅️No-roll Cabbage Rolls
✅️One-Pan Short Pasta
For the Cabbage Rolls, simply layer thecabbage and meat filling.
No onions needed!Using wheat gluten makes it wonderfully soft and fluffy. ☁️Finish by simmering in tomato juice and consommé, then top with cheese for a rich and flavorful dish. 🫕
Another dish is a simple short pasta with anchovies, garlic, and cabbage. 🍝
Since you just cook the ingredients and pasta together, there's no need to boil them separately, and the washing up is minimal. 👌
The sweetness of the cabbage and the saltiness of the anchovies create a simple yet satisfying flavor. 🤤
Not too much effort, but still delicious.
